mme AND QUEEN ARE QHOSEN b On December 12, Martha Thompson and Kenneth John- son were crowned King and Queen of Courtesy Week. Richard Crandell and Jack Cleveland were the judges who watched the BCHS students for s week to find who was the most courteous boy and girl. The crowning took place in the front of the assembly before all the students and teachers of BCHS. Courtesy Week was begun to determine which of the boys and girls was the most courteous to the teachers and other students. H Martha Thompson was chosen queen because she does not Usassu the teachers and is courteous to the other students. Kenneth Johnson was chosen for the same reason. Courtesy week was started by the Blue Streak staff. They publicized it in the Blue Streak and on the bulletin board.

FGOTBAL L DANCE The annual football dance was held on November 14, at 7 p,m, at the Lodge Hall by the P. H. S, Club girls. It is an annual custom for the football boys and the BHS girls, and which is furnished by the PHS girls. The PHS club served sandwiches, ice cream, and cake for the banquet, during which time the BCHS teach- ers, club officers and cheerleaders presented speeches. The King and Queen, who were chosen by avcte of the clubs, were Walter Shafto and Ida Lou Cleveland, respectively.
