Somewhere My Love Many aspects helped to set the mood for the 1971 Winter Formal theme, Somewhere My Love. A trickling waterfall was enhanced in a setting of the frogs and the bees and the flowers and the trees with the spotted mushrooms and the little picket fence. Couples strolled through a path admiring these decorations. Little straw baskets filled with paper flowers were given to the couples so that in later years they can use these souvenirs to reflect back on the fun and excitement they had at the Winter Formal Dance in the High School cafetorium. The music for the night was provided by the Henry Deetz Orchestra. The court is picked by the girls who are in either FHA or GAA. This year's court consisted of King Larry Landauer, Senior Prince Phil Vandehey, Junior Prince John Bernards, Sophomore Prince Brian Miller, and Freshman Prince Jim Olson. J , . 1?
