Administration Superintendent - K. J. ECHTENKAMP BOARD OF EDUCATION -Mrs. Hermelbracht, Mrs. Wiig, Mr. Vogt, Mr. Venner, Mr. Deer, Mr. Sorensen The Greater the Obstacle, The Greater The Challenge. Have you, the members of the Class of 1964, accepted the challenge, or have you detoured around the obstacle? We feel your years at BHS have provided you with the basic elementary obstacles and resulting challenges to prepare you for life's chores. I certainly hope that while here you met the challenge and will continue to do so in your future endeavors. To the Class of 1964: PUSH! If you can’t push, PULL! If you can't pull, GET OUT OF THE WAY! In my way of thinking this just about typifies life in general. Some must lead. If you can't lead others, help those who can. If you can do neither, get out of the way of progress. It is my sincere hope that the faculty of Bancroft High have given each of you the tools whereby you may push or at least the ability to pull. The rest is up to you as an individual. 18 Principal - R. D. TUSHLA
