“CLASS HISTORY In the fall of 1954, twelve girls and nine boys returned to Bancroft High as Juniors. Thomas Fredrickson was elected President, Margaret Geisler, Vice President; and Carolyn Bettenhausen, Secretary and Treasurer. Our class sponsors are Mrs. Nutter and Coach Ken Ech-tenkamp. Our football players were Tom Fredrickson, Larry Bargmann, Mer-lyn Jacobsen, Glen Zobel, George Grone. All these boys took up basketball along with David Gatzemeyer. All the girls took up Girls Athletics. All the girls belong to Girls Glee except Ardith Sorenson and all but Julie Gatzemeyer are in the Pep Club. Members of the band are Carolyn Bettenhausen, Lois Munderloh, Ardith Sorenson, Glen Zobel, and Larry Bargmann. Tom Fredrickson President Margaret Geisler Vice-President Carolyn Bettenhausen Secty.
