FIRST ROW: Myra Hermelbracht, Diane Vogt, Sylvia Konopik, Marie Geisler, Evelyn Peter son, Eva June Block. SECOND ROW: Mr. Stockton, Sponsor, Claudette Eby, Donald Luedert, Eugene Nottlemann, Norman Mackey, Robert Raasch, Anita Bray, Mary Fletcher. THIRD ROW: Harlan Russman, Charles Buchholz, Wayne Mielke, Richard Bargmann, Gene Mackey, Bruce Neel. SOPHOMORE CLASS HISTORY September of 1951 found 20 students enrolled in the Sophomore class. All of them returned with the exception of Kay Luedke and Judy Grimm. Mary Fletcher, who left shortly after the beginning of last year, is enrolled in our class again this year. The officers elected by the class are: President, Norman Mackey; Vice President, Myra Hermelbracht; Secretary-Treasurer, Eva June Block. Mr. Stockton is our sponsor. All of the girls are in Girls' Glee Club, Pep Club, and Girls Athletics. Anita Bray is the cheerleader from our class. , In Mixed Chorus we are represented by Mary Fletcher, Evelyn Peterson, ,Diane Vogt, Claudette Eby, Harlan Russman, and Bruce Neel. The boys in Chorus are joined with James Gatzemeyer, Gene Mackey, and Robert Raasch to make our representation in Boys' Glee. Myra Hermelbracht and Sylvia Konopik are in band. The boys playing on the basketball team are James Gatzemeyer, Charles Buchholz, Richard Bargmann, Robert Raasch, Norma Mackey, and Bruce Neel. The class elected Myra Hermelbracht and Charles Buchholz attendants to the Color Day King and Queen. The members of the class participating in Declamatory work are: Claudette Eby, Myra Hermelbracht, and Mary Fletcher
