The story is based on Georgia Thayer, who has inherited Crazy Horse Ranch. She arrives with her friends, Anne Payson and Jennifer Fairchild to change Crazy Horse Ranch to a Dude Ranch; but upon arrival she finds all the stock has mysteriously disappeared. A neighbor. Peter Sheldon, desires the ranch because it controls his water supply. He hires Minnie Winnie Ninnie, Standing Cow, and Miss Prim to scare the girls away. However, romance develops and Peter and Georgia, Jim and Jennifer, and Anne and Wild-Eyed Willie join forces to capture two desperate criminals, Elijah and Phoebe Stockbond. A happy ending came when the last stock was found fat and happy in Crazy Horse Canyon. An interact by the Junior Boys portrayed the position of man in die year 2000. The play, under the direction of Miss Martin, was excellently performed, being filled with humor, pathos, and mystery. Miss Martin was presented with a gift by the Junior Class in appreciation of her tireless efforts in making their play a huge success.
