Our choir sang their hearts out for us, bind- ing friendships, deepening ro- mances, and helping to form new memories and reliving old, They also gave us a special treat dur- ing Christmas when they brought us into the holiday spirit by rock- ing us around the Christmas tree. Then senior Jen Ward tried solv- ing our problem of not having a white Christmas by doing a little Indian dance and begging, Let it now, let it snow! What a show, what a year, what a choir! 7 Choir

I' . rg GEDMMmi CULTUDE CLUB The newly established German Club at BHS has been busy this year with many exchange programs and field trips. At the beginning of the year, the German Club went to the famous Christkindlemarkt in Nurnberg. ln the fall, German students came from Wunsiedel to be tutored in English. Each American student had 3 to 4 students to tutor and either had the choice to stay at their homes or to sleep in the gym with the club's sponsor, Frau Lind. ln order for the students to improve their German, they will be visiting a German school in March and staying in German homes to better understand German culture and improve their speaking abilities. This fa- miliar command has been heard throughout the year everywhere from the band room to the football field to the gym during pep rallies. Spirits soared anywhere our band performed, rocking our school to its foundations and show- ing everyone that Bamberg is alive! Although senior Fredrica Montes greatly contributed to the band's sound, underolassmen showed that they too had spirit by making up the majority of the band. Good work, guys! Band 79
