.JV 'EM -'rktt 'Oi ' tx t .5 qi - 'ini :Aaah The yearbook staff worked many after school hours to create a totally new look for this year's book, Frustrations ran high as the staff prepared designs, drew layouts, wrote and typed copy, and took pic- tures while trying to meet the numerous deadlines. However, the gang pulled themselves together and got the job done. The dedicated mem- bers were: Editors-in-chief Christine O'Brien and Shelley Joy, Jen Ward, Jessica Hunt, Stephanie Wilson, Kristin Garot, Rich Jodlowski, Cory Town, Kell Stovall, Marc Turcotte, Jodie Housley, Jeff l-lighley, and sponsor Wade Krauchi. This year's book involved the usual hidden traumas of yearbook compilation. Of particular frustration was the case of lost or misisng Senior pictures, Three, and later four, Senior photos were discovered missing close to deadline time. A search was made in the newly drawn layout sheets tJen's kitten had used the originals as a catboxl and in the school's stinky and overloaded dumpster at night Qwhich housed the discarded layoutsl. No photos were found. Frantically, the photographers German and American offices were contacted and remakes ordered. Just in case Federal Express mail let us down, candid shots of the missing seniors were taken, and yet a third set of layout sheets and copy prepared. Finally, a notice was received that the package had arrived - had in fact arrived one week earlier than the date on the notice. ln attempting to get the package, we learned the mailroom had temporarily LOST our package. They knew it had arrived and was not in their office, but it was around someplace. The package of photographs was finally discovered in the trunk of an authorized mail delivery person. lt had fallen out, just like some of our hair! 'IFrou3h.C0wr61fw Y Yearbook 73
