The Red Cross Youth Organization began at the end of last year. During the year, in- terests were aroused and the RCY membership increased. Mrs. Oneda Youmans, Diane Martinez, and Jackie Black were this activity's sponsors. Ms. Hutchinson was the faculty advisor. The RCY did various things throughout the year to help others including: offering CPR and First Aid courses, bagging for tips at Foodland, car washes, bake sales, working for the OWC bazaar, selling poppies for the VFW, and helping the local MP chapter with the Child Find Program. These students also donated money to the Red Cross. As a reward for this hard Work, the RCY went on a ski weekend to Austria. . 5 N .
