New Mexico, lisfs his home as Adairsville, Georgia. Af presenf he and his family make fheir home in Newporf, Rhode lsland. The Exec was graduafed from fhe Unifed Sfafes Naval Academy in June, I938, and in I949 complefed a course in advanced engineering af M.I.T., earning a lvlasfer of Science degree in elecfrical engineering. During World War Il, he saw exfensive service aboard desfroyers in fhe Pacific campaign, where he won fhe Bronze Sfar.
