The Junior Drill Team, the or- ganization of which took place only this year, is serving as a training ground for prospective Pershing Rifles Drill Team members. ln order to gain mem- bership in the Pershing Rifles, it is necessary to be proficient in not only regular but fancy drill. ln most cases, it is expedi- ent to serve with the Junior Team first.
