This group planned pep rallies, regulated the chartered campus organiza- tions, and initiated many successful experiments, such as Operation Big-Switch. Any plan must first come to the Cabinet, Then, if ap- proved, it goes to the Administrative meeting, where SAM KERMAN A Advisor goes over agenda Faculty Advisor President and Vice-President NEIL BLAKE CLIF GARRETT LARRY ROBERTSON Sec. of Programs Sec. of Publicity Sec. of Athletics Cabinet Mr. Gorrell, Mrs. Holt, and Mr. Vaniman talk it over with Cabinet and Legislature. Finally, it is taken up by the Student Legislature, where it is formally approved or rejected. In short, the Student Government is the group of officers elected by you, the student body, with the one big function of working for you. Principal Gorrell sits in with Student Body Government group during one of their more important sessions. The day was so successful that it has been decided that Operation Big Switch should become one of our annual events. Students had complete authority to give grades, demerits and detention, We are proud of the fact that, al- though students in other schools have taken over administrative iobs forla day, our school is among the first to have a big switch on a campus-wide scale.
