Georgia McLeod assisted as manager. Softball was another first-day-of-the-week activity with 65 girls vieing with each other for the record of king Swatf' Miss Rena Case was sponsor of these home- run artists and joy Stommel manager. Basketball was coached by Miss Connell and Georgia McLeod, and softball. with Miss Case and Alice Gherardi in charge, moved with a vengeance. with 72 would-be Babe Ruthsf' After a lapse of two semesters. badminton again came into the picture. with Miss Blue teathing the -40 girls to hit the birdie. Again 85 bowlers moved quickly every Thursday toward Mission Bowl so 'ls to be first on the alleys. The 100-Club was organized for all who consistently maintained a 100-score.
