Reed, E. Hughes. Working in the Bookroom, Visual Aids, Agriculture, Transportation, and Duplicating Departments this past year required the services of the CLERICAL PERSONNEL. Besides maintaining the students' rec- ords, the REGISTRARS OFFICE also issued the honor roll every six Weeks, cleared sports eligibilities, and provided official transcripts for transfers and graduates. The ATTENDANCE SECRETARIES as- sisted the counselors, kept attendance records, made out readmittances and oii-campus slips, and compiled monthly reports tor the state.
