Dances: A Chance to Get Together A favorite extra-curricular activity is the dances which follow the many Baker football and basketball games. A good idea for having dances is not only having a great time, but also to raise money for clubs and organizations. Our most traditional dance is the Back To School Dance, sponsored by the Jour- nalism staff, with W.B.L.X. There was a great turnout which helped new and old friends get together. A new experience was the TOGA DANCE. TOGA was heard throughout the cafeteria. Students were decked out in sheets in the toga spirit. School dances used to be a thing of the past, but Baker students see them as a good time. Seniors, Suzanne Simmons. Trisha Lumpkin.
