Mrs. Ethel Smokie Dahl, School Nurse One of the best assets of the Gem of Puget Slound is our school system. The fact that it is such a well-run system is due largely to the labor and planning which must be done by the school board, Made up of men who take time from their regular work to worry about the educational facilities of Bainbridge, the 'school board is a progressive and interested group. Only once a. year are We able to give them the credit which they deserve, so we take this way to thank them for the time they spend, that we might have the opportunity of education. Many times in onganizatilons there are people who do much of the Work yet Who receive very little recognition. Such a person is the nurse, who has charge of the health of the pupils of both the high and grade schools. When accidents arise it is good to know that there is someone to whom we can turn who is capable of giving aid. BEST WISHES Hackett QQ Olsen Brothers Vlking 2484 Winslow, Wash.

AND FACULTY Mr. Robert J. Kidder, Principal It is almost impossible to speak of the school Without mentioning those who have the job of teach- ing us. The members of our faculty are always ready to lend a hand wherever and whenever it is needed, despite the fact that this often entails using their free time. We are indeed grateful for the assistance and encouragement which we have received from them. MP. Robert Kuss English, Spanish, Mechanical Draw- ing.
