CD DIVISIO CD Division, under the Naval Tactical Data Systems Officer, consists of Data Systems Technicians, IC Men, and Journalists. The DS,s are responsible for maintaining and operating the ship's NT DS computers, while IC men repair, operate, 1 and maintain interior communications equiptment, such as loudspeakers and telephones throughout the ship.
