Editor's Note This small space set aside for the editor to evidence his appreciation of the efforts put forth by many hardly does justice to those men who have given so much of them- selves in order to make the BABSONIAN- 1966, a reality. Editor Iohn Ring deserves to be com- plimented on a job well done. Having taken over the editor's pen in January, I would have been immensely more handicapped had John and his staff not begun developing the format. All of the staff deserve congratulations on their accomplishments, but, as usual, a few excelled in their efforts to make this year's book the finest ever produced. My managing editor, Charlie Cutler, was re- sponsible for sharing the burden of picture quality, editorial content, and technical lay- out. The financial affairs of the BABSONIAN -1966, were efficiently handled by Alan Oak. I can think of no-better way to start Charlie Mills on his way towards a success- ful 1967 BABSONIAN than to assure him of the aid of the extremely capable business manager of the BABSONIAN-1966. My sincerest thanks to all my student editors, especially Rich Carlson, Brian Baker, Bob Vanni, and Iohn Cook. I would like to show my gratitude to Kib Roulette. There are inevitable problems which will arise in any production of this magnitude. Mr. Roulette, the local repre- sentative for Bradbury, Sayles, O'Neill, Inc., has made our working relationship a most pleasant association. Kib,s utmost co-opera- tion and deep concern for the quality of the BABSONIAN-1966, has had a definite affect on the efficacy of my takeover. All too often the ever present admin- istrative and faculty aid are taken for grant- ed at Babson Institute. In order to pay tri- bute to these vital segments of B. I., I would like to voice a heartfelt Thank Youi' to Mr. Leonard Wood who is largely responsible for the quality and quantity of the pictures in this book and to Mr. Hubert A. Mann, our faculty advisor. T. W. S.
