Hurry, hurry, Hurry, see the greatest show on earth was the spirit felt not once but twice on the Babson campus, for this year the Babson Theatre Guild produced two theatrical spectaculars. lt is rumered that the WVellesley and Natick auditoriums still echo the hoorahs and bravos that hailed the Guildis side-splitting rendering of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Come Blow Your Hornf, The Forum was by far the highlight of Winter VVeekend, and its great success is due in no small part to the tireless dedication shown by the cast and stage crew. So good was the job done by Stephen Salomon, Jeff Witkin, Bob Onderdonk, Richard Bright, joe Haedrich and Frank Miller that a second performance was given. With less than one month to prepare, the members of the Theatre Guild were again in the spotlight, this time in Come Blow Your Hornf, Again Stephen Salomon, Bob Onderdonk, Richard Bright, and Craig Ful- ler, under the superb direction of Miss De French, put on a performance acclaimed to have been better than Broadwayv by one stagedoor critic. It was, indeed, a most wel- come addition to the Parents, Weekend schedule. Each performance this group puts on must draw upon every member to the fullest, and having such an outstanding crew and cast made it easier. But, as in every group, there are those whom special recognition must be given. Therefore at Honors Day, Frank Miller was presented with the Theatre Guild Award for his service and dedication. For the recognition of superb acting prowess, a new award was initiated, the Roger,,' which was presented to Stephen L. Salomon for his role as Senex in The Forurnf, It,s curtain timev now in your mind's eye. Sit back .... relax .... and remember.
