Clark, S. Craine. Composed of the presidents of all the organizations on the Babson campus, the Student Cabinet serves as a communications medium for the executive committees of the various clubs. Blue Key National Honor has the responsibility of coordinating the Cabi- net, the president of Blue Key, Robert Onderdonk, serving as chairman of the group. It has been the practice of the Cabinet to meet when necessary throughout the year to discuss the mutual problems and plans of the member organizations with the Dean of Students, Paul C. Staake. Most important of the Cabinet's duties is the selection of the members of the Student Iudicial Court. During the spring term of this year twenty-four nominees were pre- sented for the Cabinet's consideration from which two were selected to serve as alter- nates on the court. Special recognition should be given to the Chairman of the Cabinet, Robert Onderdonk, for a job well done.

JUDICIAL COURT This year marks the fourth year the Student Judicial Court has been active in Student Gov- ernment at Babson. Created as the result of student desire for greater self-discipline and the cooperation of the administration in obtaining that objective, the Student Judicial Court has First Row: R. Suydam. proved that the student body is capable of internally maintaining acceptable standards of conduct. judgment of our acts by our peers is thought to be one of the most positive examples of a mature and democratic society. As a standing committee of the Student Government, the Sudent Iudicial Court has made this concept a reality at Babson Institute. TRAFFIC COURT As a standing committee of Student Gov- ernment, the TraHic Court is charged with hearing appeals on student trafiic violations. Every Tuesday evening the Court is faced with the responsibility of dealing fairly with students who feel they have been injusticed by a ticket. Led ably by Chairman Richard D. Carlson, justice is fairly administered by members Terry A. Clark, Thomas W. Suydam and William E. Yeo. Through the efforts of these appointed members, the Traffic Court lends an element of fairness to what seems to many-an unfair traffic ticket.
