Basketball Intramural Style Intramurals sponsored by Communiversity provided the necessary break to the hurii-drum life on campus This years events included football, basketbc:!, softball and ping-pong. Bowles ' teams were victorious in both football and basket- ball and walked away with the league. Intramurals gave those not playing on the school ' s team the opportunity to show their athletic ability and get some exercise at the same time. These games were not to be taken lightly however. Some- times high things were at stake. High scorers often won steak dinners from their friends and losing teams often had great penalties to pay. Dorm Life ' ' The Ultimate Experienced When you first move on campus there is a sense of lone- liness, but as time goes on, the emptiness, like magic, dis- appears. You meet and become involved with those who are in the same living areas. PC ' s and LAC ' s all do their part in helping students feel needed and wanted by planning special events. Even dorm raids help students feel accepted. One thing that is soon discovered by each per- son is that all the joy, laughter, and anxiety that is experi- enced is simply all a part of Dorm Life.
