End of the journey From beginning as freshman, to the final graduation ceremonies, the col- lege years spent at Azusa Pacific hold different memories; the climax of these experiences were senior events — a spectrum of multi-colored events. Amid the excitement of the last year of a college education, sen- iors watched the world they would soon enter. The uncertainty of the Iranian hos- tages held for over a year; the draft registration, presidential elections all added to the confusion and the maze of complicated problems facing the people in the world, but it was for- gotten for a brief time as a football team strived for an 8-2 season, and as a volleyball team proved their skill for the second year in a row. As Easter vacation ended, seniors were stricken with senioritis. Sud- denly, it was mid-April, and all the hectic events of graduation, announcements, cap and gown orders, grad school and job applications added to the worries. But what the seniors took from APC was more important than what they left.
