It is this time in which deep introspection comes over a person. Questions such as, Was that call home to my girl- friend really worth it? or Did mom and dad really need to hear from me twice this week? The average APC phone bill totaled $20 per month per student. This came to $140 a year or for four years $560. When multiplied by 1000 students for four years this came to $560,000. For the international students calling home was a treat.
