Class History Cont. During our Junior Year we worked together in a magazine sale to raise money for our Junior- Senior Banquet. A Dutch Theme was carried out in the decoration and foo d. The Speech Class p r e s e nte d o u r play, A Date With Barbara , which proved to be successful. Carolyn Skipper and Loretta Dudley were elected May Day atten- dants. Brenda Winburn, Barbara Ann McCrackin, Dan James Jr., and JerryGore were selected to Girl and Boys' State respectively. And now rolls a round the last year of our class history. There are seventy-eight in num- ber of us dignified seniors. Our sponsors, Mrs. Thomas, Mrs. Hucks and Mrs. Juanita Johnson, along with the help of Robert Earl Dudley, class president, made plans for a trip to Washington by selling soap and Christmas candies. Class History Cont. The friends and parents of the seniors pre- sented a comical basketball game, thus swelling our class treasury. To further show their love and cooperation they also sponsored a barbecue supper. The seniors expressed deep gratitude to all those who so loyally supported their efforts.
