DOQQSI' with his usual fll'1eSS6. Support and Sustenance : Paul Cyr. This year's Soccer Team again proved itself to be a Class M powerhouse. After losing to St. Paul in the season opener, the team rolled on to win fourteen straight games before bowing out of the state tournament. Seasonal highlights were a 4-1 thrashing over arch-rival Farmington and an 8-0 NWC record, making the record 16-0 over the past two years. Led by nine all-conference players, the team earned a second- place berth in the Class M state tournament with its 13-1 record. At the end of the season the team also rose to a tenth-place statewide ranking. Although losing a number of key seniors, Coach Nedovich's team is laden with talent and will continue to be a winner in the years to come. Avon's high scoring powerplay.
