It was a difficult decision to make as I'd really like to call each boy and girl a winner. However, I was finally able to choose a king and queen as indicated on the back's of each picture as well as the runners-up. This year the 489 Senior pictures were taken first to two local photography studios where the top 60 pictures (30 boys and 30 girls) were chosen. The top 30 (15 boys and 15 girls) were then selected by Nelson Studios and forwarded to Pat Boone. The winners were selected strictly by the pictures. Looks, suitability of clothes, and projected personality were the criteria in judging. Borealis 11
