Music is the seasoning which gives every person a better, richer life in the school, the home, and the Community, Although lacking in number and instrumentation, the members of the school band show enthusiasm and enjoyment in their work. The band has performed at a number of basketball games and school functions. It is the hope of the members that the band will increase in number so that band members can participate in more musical events. The girls' 26-member chorus participated this yea.r in Christmas programs, Commencement Exercises, and joined with the band and orchestra in a free public concert. FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA Our chapter, organized in 1955, is two years old this year. It has grown from eleven members to twenty-six. The goal of our FFA Chapter is to establish boys in farming. Our motto displays our method. This motto is: Learning to do Doing to learn Earning to live Living to serve.
