I unior Class History On September 3, 1951, we began our activities of fulfilling the duties of the .Tunior Class of 1952. Our first step was to -elect the class officials. The following officers were chosen: President - - - - - - - - - - Omar Fischer Vice-President ----- - - - Omar Mallinckrodt Secretary - - - - - - - - - - - - Keith Albers Treasurer ------------ - -Leon Knoernschild As representatives of the .Tunior Class to the Student Council, Robert Knoerns child and Lavon Fischer were elected. To sponsor the .Tunior Class we chose Mr. Carl Welton. Omar Fischer,.our Class President, was also elected as Vice-President to the Student Council by the student body. On September 14, we gave a box supper, which was a huge success. We received our Academy Award class rings in February. On March 16, we are presenting our class play entitled, Aaron Slick From Punkin Crick. We have only two boys playing basketball this year, Earl Mallinckrodt and Omar Fischer. Omar Fischer is the only Junior to play on the softball team. Next year our aims will have to be high to keep up the excellent work of this year's Seniors, but we are confident that we shall do so with a little help and co-operation of all our class members. 16
