This method of control in which the Governor serves with distinguished leaders over the State assures the fact that the ultimate o|icration of the College rests in the hands of the people themselves who provide the necessary tax money for its operation. The Governor has always taken active interest in the budget of the College, lie lias actively supported the AIM budget in the various legislative sessions when it was Indore the lawmaking chambers for passage.
