A. clinic in Leesburg, Fla. , we felt that we were ready for action at the new school. Ground stunts, trampoline stunts, and new cheers were learned. Buses were chartered to out- of-town ball games and track meets. We advertised each game with pep rallies, banners, tags, and posters, and decorated the football field and gym for home games. F GOT Z AUBURN vs TALLASSEE - September 9 y The Baby Tigers opened the season as they battled the Tallassee Tigers to a 7-7 draw. Tailassee drew first blood on a 43- yard Scoring drive in the first period. Quarterback Steve Golden made the tally on a seven-yard sprint and Braxton Hornsby added the extra point.
