The pep band played at home and out-of-town games. The Stage Band, as well as Concert Band, performed for the elementary schools. Stage Band was also the program at a meeting of Kiwanis, and they had their own concert in April. Concert Band held two concerts, one in the fall and the other in the spring. Several special groups were the Brass Quartet and Clarinet Quartet. The Concert Band received a “one” rating at district music contest. Band Officers: John Colcott. Sec.-Trcas.; Doug Crotty.
