STARLINE The National Thespian Honor Society held their meetings once every two weeks on Monday evenings. During the year four plays were presented: Elmer,” Light,” Squaring It With the Boss,” and A Puritan Style Show. ’ The play Elmer” won a superior rating at the sub-district contest and Light,” the M-I-N-K play, won a rating of good. A system of merits and de-merits was worked out in which members earned merits for taking part in meetings, giving readings, or entering into any dramatic work. De-merits were given for negligence in learning required material, being late at meetings, and creating any unnecessary disturbance at meetings. This created a spirit of competition and made the meetings more interesting. A l. Fra President ijr ic F rascr Afaiionat i cam
