Guidance Recognizing the individuality of each and every student is a con- cern of major importance to the guidance staff at AHS. The depart- ment attempted to meet the needs and interests of all students with varied class structures and various programs throughout the academic year. A variety of college and career assemblies were held during the year. Emphasis was placed on the importance of vocational as well as college education. Again this year the department coordinated the interact program — a once a-wcek seminar orientation program for Freshmen. Importance was also placed on the Quest program.
