Editors' Message ln the world today exists a so-called peace which in reality is nothing more than a turmoil of strikes, atomic energy and its control, rising prices and the threat ot a depression. Something must be done it we are to live in harmony with our tellowmen. This is the problem that confronts us, thirty-seven graduating Seniors. Each ot us will con- tribute something to help achieve a world ot amity. Some will do a great deal, others a smaller amount, but each ot us could not help it it were not for the working knowledge ot the funda- mentals, how to govern ourselves and live congenially with others that we have gotten during our high school days. We, the graduates, thank the teachers who have taught and advised us tor tour years, know- ing that the training we have received at AUHS will better equip us tor our future lite that we maytake over the responsibilities ot becoming leaders in this world of uncertainty to insure peace and security for peoples ot all nations. A , THE EDITORS Go-editor Lois Haherlaat
