NaTividad Sapien supervised The aTTair. Girls' League Formal The Girls' League Formal was held in The High School Library on December I4. The Theme of The dance was MoonlighT ln The Garden. Genevieve PiTTen- ger was general chairman. E. C. SchwaTel Turnished The music. Rancho Frolics The FuTure Farmers of America held Their annual Rancho Frolic on Novem- ber 22, in The High School Gym. Tuclcer's Band furnished The music. The gym was decoraTed To resemble a barn. MoTher's Day Tea The MoTl1er's Day Tea, sponsored by The Girls' League, was held May 2, I947, in The High School Library. The Tea sTarTed aT I:30 wiTh enTerTainmenT in The audiTorium and, aTTer The enTerTainmenT, The guesTs adiourned To The library Tor reTreshmenTs. The high school boys and Their moThers were invi'l'ed To The Tea. Diana Poole was general chairman. Alumni Homecoming A Homecoming celebraTion which was held April I8-I9, was sponsored by The ExecuTive Council This year. The program included a dinner Tor over 250 alumni and guesTs on Friday, April I8, aT 7:30, and The Memorial Track MeeT on April I9. An aTTair like This had noT been planned since l940. Shirley Kuhnle was general chairman. Junior- Senior Prom The Junior-Senior Prom was held May 23 in The High School Library.
