This will signed, sealed, published, and declared our last will and testa- ment ofthe class of 1957, in the absence of us, at their request and in the presence of them and each other, have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses on this day, the day of Thursday, of the month of May, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-seven. Sealed, the seniors. fDue to circumstances beyond our control, these circumstances being the seniors got all carried away with themselves, we were forced to continue on this pagej ID As we, the Junior class of 1956 -57, gaze into our crystal ball fplatinum plated,of coursej we see our illustrious seniors of 56-57 in the year '95 as they make their way through the glimmering and vast world. First we see Sylvia Sardy as editor of TRUE CONFESSIONS. Jeff Kell seems to be engaged in explaining Einstein's theory of relativity to Mr. Lewis. Jesse Maddalone is busy selling beer in order to pay off the mortgage on Jesse 's Jumping Beer Bottles Bar. Judith Ringle is busily occupied in Carnegie Hall turning pages for Liberace. Buck Deane is in the profession of sheep herding in the Majavi Desert. Bob Cross is swinging on the vines playing Tarzan in the movies. Hallie Barbee is selling tickets at the local Merry-Go-Round. Marion Ilgen is styling Renate Braun's hair. He is now a first-class French hair- stylist. Tad Harrington is taking a pack-train of cows up Mt. Everest. Chuck Ferries as the idolized Elvis Presley! We next see George Preston trooping down the halls of Aspen High School with his broom. He is successor to Mr. Garrish. Jane Moore is still racing junior at Aspen. We see Penny making nickels. aan 7041! We, the seniors, of Aspen High School being of sound mind Qnaturallyj and unsound tardy record do hereby declare this document our last will and testament. Article I. We leave to the much harassed faculty all our self-control and sweet dispositions, with the hope that our school will be just as enjoyable next year, without us, asit was this year with us. Article II. We most respectfully will to the Jnmiors our ability to get away with nothing. Article III. To the sophomores we leave nothing Qthey already have enoughj. Article IV. To the freshmen we leave our books and hero medals with the sincere hope that they will pull through. Besides these very worthy bequests the seniors have very generously willed the following. Sylvia Sardy leaves her ability to pass mechanical drawing without plates to Dan Maddlone and her slender figure to Jackie Hoaglund. Jeff Kell wills his ability to get along with Mr. Lewis to Gordon Scheig. Bob Cross gives his ability to borrow anything from anyone to Bob Waterman. Monte Ward wills his ability to not miss Sunday school to Livingston. Chuck Ferries wills his way to get through school without going to M. J. Elisha. Sonnie Maddalone wants to keep Karen, but he will give Keith his ability to succeed with valley girls. Buck Deane leaves to John Passow his ability to elude all of his beautiful feminine admirers. Jane Moore leaves her flirting ways to Chris Hose and her extra pair of long johns to Leroy Briggs. Marion Ilgen leaves his ability to bark at Mr. Gerzina to Bert Anderson. Judy Ringle leaves her short hair to Joanne Cowling. Tad Harrington leaves a bag of vigaro to Keith Patterson. To Susan Fisher, Hallie Barbee leaves her dissertation, on truancyfin case of immediate need check superintendents filej. Penny Hawkins leaves her ability to ditch school and write her own excuses to Fleeta and Billee Lou. Since June Vaughn already has M.
