MAY586 MAY lO MAY l4 MAY 2O MAY 22 MAY 25 MAY 26 MAY 27 The Sensors presented their play Aunt Suzie Shoots the Works The following Sensors participated sn the play Catherine Thsessen Dolores Gade Catherine Buck Joan Richards Marsorse Nestfseld Darlene Sowards Sam Mans field Wayne Judds Don lske George Gade The Spring Music Program was presented by the choir under the direction of Miss Shelley There were also vocal solos The Juniors were host to the Sensors tor the annual Junior Sensor Banquet which was held at the Fontenelle Hotel sn Omaha The theme Hawaiian Holiday was presented very effectively This banquet greatly appreciated by the Sensors will long be remembered os the outstanding event of their high school days The students of grade school presented an Operetta Tom entertaining program for everyone Reverend Lasb of the Congregational Church was the speaker at the Baccalaureate services held in the audsto rsum His excellent sermon will long be remembered by the Sensors of 49 The regular honors convocation was held on this day at this time anyone who lettered sn vocal instrumental music intramural sports and other athletic actsvstses were pre sented with their letter This was the last convocation for the sensors of this year Mr W P l-lseronymus President of the Midland College sn Fremont Nebraska gave the commencement address The diplomas were presented to the Sensor Class by Mr Charles Gade President of the Board of Education Honors were presented by Mr K C Wsles Principal Mr P D Pyle, Supersntendent of Schools gave the presentatson ot the class The school year of l948 i949 came to a happy close as the students came to get their report cards . . ,, . ,, . .
