At approximately 11:30 AM each day, the cafeteria is stormed by a few hundred of A.L.J.,s starving students. The ladies of the cafeteria staff work diligently to feed each hungry mouth within the alloted twenty-two minutes after which second lunch begins, and the rush is on again. The custodial staff at A.L.J. works around the Clock to preserve the beauty of the building and grounds of our school by keeping everything in the best possible condition and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
