English- The English Department offered many different classes throughout the year. The first semester was mainly made up of Freshmen English classes, which helped to develop their reading, and advanced English classes such as Creative Writing, Composition,.College Prep, and Research Paper. Some classes offered second semester included Folklore, Occult, Drama, Shakespear, Humorous Lit, and Dramatic Lit. Foreign Language- The Foreign Language Department consists of Spanish, French, and German. The students taking a foreign language found it very enjoyable and worthwhile, since the teachers used more than a book and a chalkboard. Each class went on a field trip that helped to enlighten their knowledge of the historical background of their country's language. Besides that, each class saw feature-length, commercial films.
