Cl XSS PROPHEC11
I tl e ye r 1 'F m 1g1e m1rrors are very common and we are looking into one now as we see the
followmg 1l'Y1lg95 come 11110 x ew Ihey happen to be members ofthe graduating class of 19:13
Here we see 1 large offic e building ln this building lS a certain door with these words printed in bold
type Dr xry lllevms Nl 11115 lb h 11d to believe so we go 1U and sure enough there is Larry
with a lleallllflll blonde secretary on his knee taking dictation He still hasn t lost his touch
We look furthei 1he 1d to the year 1910 lfl some NICE Clty and look who we have here lt 5 a hello girl
she has bet n busy Belylllg number please ind seems to be having .1 terrible time and g1v1ng people the
11 rong number We wonder who she IS ah it looks l1ke Doris Hulse oh well it seems like not every one
11 IS l1fe east
Novt let 5 turn the dial to Eastern Colorado and we see 1 tractor running and pul11ng the world 5
largest plovt Let s move closer if we ean Well I ll be darned it 5 Hob S1ncla1r By now he 5 married
1nd has beeome one of the largest farmers 1n these parts
The scene now 15 a farm house north of Arriba 1n the year 1975 We look 1n on the little woman She
Spring tn ho lS keep1ng house for we ll let you guess that l bet she w15hes she was back at good old
Xrriba H1gh'
Our dial lS turned to 1960 and it seems to be a large city Wait " There 5 a foggy image coming in
What the heek 5 going on? Hey' lt s a psych1atr1st performing 1 study He looks familiar Behind those
dark glasses and black mustach is Francls Mankey This lS a surprise but knowing Francis it lS h1ghly
probable
Now we go into 1965 We don t know exactly where we are now but 1t seems to be some medium sized
c1ty We see that Wilma Pracht is st1ll going steady with Darrell We hear that W1lma uses a cane now 1n
her tap dance routline We wonder why Wilma has aged so much so that she has to use a cane It s
probably too much night life or more than dur1ng high school if that 5 possible
The d1al 15 set atO and where that IS we don t know It 5 somewhere though What 5 going on anyway?
It seems as though there s a machine shop and someone 1S working and building a costomized automobile
There s someone hammering on something underneath We bend down and look under and who could it be
but Darrell Kemp Who Whlle in high school alway s l1ked pretty cars
The dial of the machine IS set at Eastern Colorado in the year 1965 Look at all the smoke and dust
heh1nd that hot rod If we can catch it let 5 see who 5 dr1v1ng it We re doing an even 100 m p h We flag
her down and who could It be but Elly Huber She 5 getting older now and we ask her where she 5 going and
she said that she was going up to see Gordon Graduate Wow' What a bra1n
Where are we now? I rn lost Say it looks like San Diego in the year 1965 What s that? It s ashlp S
fog horn It 5 a coast guard cutter Here come some coast guard to help us out What 5 that under that
wh1te cap? lt looks like a f1re but it 5 just red han' RED HAIR' You guessed 1t it 5 LaVern tRed1
Harr1son If lt hadn t been for that br1ght red hair we sure would have missed h1m
Looking back to the first of our prophecy we saw that Dr Blevins had a beautiful secretary Now we
wonder who she could be well she was one of our dear seniors of 53 Since the Dr and his secretary
are old classmates they can go over the good times they had 1n school HIS secretary IS Raydeen Davis
We see that she hasn t lost her taste either
Turn the d1al somwhere else and let 5 see what we can get Is that a bridge? It sure is Its the
longest bridge I ever saw It spans between Bermuda and the Eastern coast of the U S A Only one
engmeer could construct a ma5terp1ece like this The name plate says Walter E Milburn Ialways did
think that guy was mathemat1cal rn1nded
This image 15 a court room in the year 1969 1n New York City We can t make out Just what the case IS
about but the defen51ve seems to be winning out We ask an audience member what the case IS and it seems
as though someone went to bed and left the radio playing too loud but the lady lawyer has won because
sleep IS such a wonderful thing Well, so much for that Hey' That lawyer was Rosy, you know Rosalynn
McCue
