HONOR COUNCIL I Mr. Niles Moflot, Advisor of the Honor Council Richard Fitzgerald, Honor Council President. ,,,- fwf- l E and 3 i ,,'5 X 24 S-,A Army and Navy Academy is operated under an Honor System. Basically, this means that the mem- bers ot the Corps are honor-bound to keep from violating the honor code as set down in the Cadet Handbook: Honor is a fundamental attribute of character. lt is The Honor System which means that any statement a cadet makes is truthful and honest. The seven cadets who are elected to the Honor Council administer this System to the Corps. They try all violations of the System and pass on their findings to the President's Advisory Board. These cadets have had to perform this thankless task sev- eral times this year. They deserve much credit for their work. denied ,..-.4.'fn. M ffivffs 'ss la.
