HCP Division CF Division is composed of the people that handle all traffic to and from the ARLING- TON. It deals with ship-to-ship communications. This job calls for continuous around the clock manning of five spaces: the Signal Bridge, the ship's main communications, a d th ' ' n ree spaces located w1th1n the secure envelope. The Signal Bridge is responsi- ble for all visual message handling, while main communications is responsible for all incomin d . Q 8 all Outgoing ARLINGTON traffic. Within the secure envelope, CF Divi- sion ' ' . maintains circuits with all the ships for which we provide support p1l1S SP9Ci-31 Clffflllfs fOr any naval ship to come up on and pass traffic to us for entry into the naval communi t' ca ions system.
