Moore, Rison. The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind is composed of five persons appointed by the Governor. These members represent the entire state and serve for five year terms. The Board meets monthly to discuss matters as they relate to the overall operation of the two schools. 12
