FUTURM FARMhRS OF AIERILA
The University High FFA chapter has made great progress from the
start of their chapter The chapter was organized 1n September, l9L7
by the agricultural class under the supervision of Mr Denver Hutson
Activities of the chapter this year have consisted of several
chapter meetings, trips to Little Rock, Russellville and Rogers The
chapter took third place on their banner at the State Livestock Show
in Little Rock. Other act1v1t1es were discussions that the officers
of the chapter presented over KGRH about progects on the fanm
University High acted as host for a Public Speaking and Parli-
mentary Procedure meeting held in the Home Bc Building in March, l9L9
There were nine chapters represented at the meeting, all of which
were Northwest Arkansas chapters,
The chapter is looking forward to a better and more prosperous
next year. The FFA organization has a motto of its own but they also
try to make their best, better.
