Resident Assistants Since the living environment is an integral part of the education process, on-campus residence at Arkansas College is planned around a small group living concept. Each floor or wing is adminis- tered by a resident assistant. Group activities and programs to encourage positive inter-personal relationships are a part of the residence hall program, under the leadership of the Residence Life staff.
