Lassies And Lads The Lassies and Lads have toured extensively, both in and out of state, and throughout the world. During the last 12 years they have toured the National Music Council and USO, singing to the military in the Pacific, the Caribbean, the Northeast Command, and Europe. The singers make some 60 appearances before civic clubs, churches, and schools during the school year. ty,

Kappa Sigma The Kappa Sigma Fraternity was founded De- cember 10, 1869. From the faith and work of those first five Friends and Brothers grew an organization of many chapters, giving a deep bond of brotherhood to thousands of men. The Lambda-Iota Chapter was granted its charter at Arkansas College April 27, 1973, with a membership roll of seventeen. Those charter members were the Kappa Sigma Colo- ny of the Omicron Eta Sigma Fraternity. This year's fall pledges were Dave Coscrove, Scott Evans, Rustin Chrisco, Jeff Vidakovich, Scott Hill, Rusty Harris, Grady Hartwick, Bobby Cox, Steve Williams, Randy Alford, Mark Trapp, and Jack Hensley. Kappa Sig Sweetheart This year the Kappa Sigs selected Susan Lynch of Berryville Arkansas, as their Sweetheart. Susan is a junior at AC and is majoring in office administration.

fvm' Media Club The Media Club was formed this year to encourage students in developing expertise in the media arts, i.e., photography, television, multi-image, and audio production.
