LTJG WAKEHAM The Engineering Laboratory Technicians (ELT's) of RL Division are really mechanics at heart, but with an added feature - they are spe- cially trained in radiological con- trols and radio chemistry. Reactor Laboratories Division personnel monitor and control the water chemistry in the nuclear and steam systems of the engineering plants.
