Administrators View Plans Tony Risinger has served as Assistant Superintendent of Schools for three years. Mr. Risinger's duties involve in- struction, personnel management, and working with the school itself. A former baseball player, Mr. Risinger is aware of the importance of athletics in the development of the students' ability to perform in and out of school. Bill Ware came to Ardmore as Super- intendent of Schools three years ago. In addition to his usual duties as the chief administrator of schools, Mr. Ware has been very busy during the 1971-72 school year with plans for the development of the new high school. His farsightedness and determined work were largely responsible for the passing of the school bond issue.
