Senior Larry Smith167y did a fine job as of- fensive guard. Senior Ends Rick Wirgler 1895 and John Bohmker 1885 played both offense and defense for this year's team. Greg Woodard, Aragon's ver- satile quarterback. punted, passed, and kicked for the Don's. Greg was 3rd in the M.P.L. in pass completions. Fullback Mike Noce looks a little sad after being tackled by three Hillsdale men. High Flying guard Steve Trueblood did a yeo- man's job this year playing guard on offense and linebacker on de- fense. He was also elected co-captain by his fellow teammates. H9

This year's varsity cross countryteamcompiled an amiable J record of 8 wins, and 2 losses, placing 3rd in the league behind Hillsdale and Burlingame. Lead- ing runners for the varsity were Jim Adams , Jeff Mortenson, Mike Wood, Rich Gossett, Chuck Biederman and Jerry Quintana. The Frosh-Soph team also compiled a good 6 win-4 loss ik record for 5th place inthe league. Outstanding harriers were Steve Scale, Don Fisher, Bill Ament, and Doug Edison. Next year's Varsity team will be insured of avictorious season, with the return of all members, except three graduating Seniors who are: Jim Adams, Chuck Biederman, and Mike Wood.
