DENNIS SHEARER MIKE STANTON JAMES STINE DAVID ROBERT STUBBEN Editorial Class of ' 69 As you probably know. Seniors are alive and well at Aquinas. The Senior class, probably one of the best classes to ever pass through the halls of this institution, is now enjoying the fruits of their efforts over the past three years. Recently, the Seniors were granted the privilege of leaving campus during the noon period. This venture would make past administrations shudder; the very idea of allowing 49 seventeen-year old boys free to do as they pleased completely unsupervised for forty minutes! On the contrary, this administration and the Senior class deserve a bit nwre understanding and trust than prior alumni. With the cooperation of the Student Council, the Administration, and members of the Senior class, the OFF-CAMPUS program is now in its third week and going strong! The Class of ' 69 has brightened the home of the Falcons for over 3 years. So, as upp er classmen, we would like to offer a bit of advice. The key to success and a good reputation such as we have right now is cooperation. We learned to accept cooperation when we were Freshmen as the only means of attaining our goals. Now we have the leadership, privileges, and respect that we justly deserve. To all under classmen, take heed to these words; and to the Adnfiinistration and the ntembers of the faculty, we say THANKS! Sincerely, David Burback President of the Senior Class ' 69. The above editorial appeared in the November 1968 edition of the FALCON. It expresses wide range sentiments of the SENIOR class. JOSEPH EDWARD TORRES 26
